The hard landscaping for this garden was already in situ as were some of the more mature specimen trees.
Within this structure we wanted to display three different types of planting which take into account the orientation.
The sun loving alpines are displayed in a gravel bed. The scented herbaceous flowers and herbs are situated near the path. The more exotic large leafed plants are planted in the shady area alongside the waterfall.
